24 Frames is an annual exhibition of the production work of graduating CTV students.

24 Frames is organized by CTV students under faculty guidance. By showcasing many excellent films, it has made a big impact among in the Pearl River Delta since it began in 2010.

Many industry celebrities including Jackie Chan, Bak Ming Wong, Ye Jia Bao, and Lik Chi Lee have given their blessing to the CTV graduate students. Many media companies have provided support for 24 Frames as well.

In May 2013, many colleges and companies including Macao University, Tsinghua University, Huayi Brothers, and Zhuhai TV came to participate in the opening ceremony. The spokesman of the Creative Cultural Industry Office of the Zhuhai Government also made a speech at the opening ceremony to wish the 24 Frames Exhibition success.

The three key themes chosen for the 2013 24 Frames exhibition were creativity, technique, and vision. There were twenty-four final year projects shared, all of which gained appreciation and praise from the teachers, students, and industry representatives who were present.
